As a Desire Map Facilitator, I’m able to guide you through the process of discovering your Core Desired Feelings in a private course so you can use them to create more meaningful goals and a more fulfilling life.

- 4 x 90-minute sessions or 6 x 60-minute sessions over 1-2 months *
- Dates determined by YOU. You will schedule each session at your convenience — not matter where you are in the world.
- Digital Desire Map workbook (emailed to you)
- A centering activity to open each session
- Follow-up email with key takeaways from each session

How do you want to feel?
Clarify what you want most in every area of your life with LEVEL 1: YOUR CORE DESIRED FEELINGS. I will guide you through five life areas to explore your core desired feelings in:
- Lifestyle + Livelihood
- Creativity + Learning
- Body + Wellness
- Relationships + Society
- Essence + Spirituality
You will leave this program knowing your “core desired feelings” – a guidance system for your decision-making. A GPS for your soul.
When you’re planning your yearly goals, holiday plans, building your career, you’ll have your core desired feelings in mind.
When you want things to be different, when choosing how to act, you’ll have your core desired feelings in mind.
When you go to sleep at night and when you wake up in the morning, you’ll have your core desired feelings in mind.
Private Course Level 2: Intentions & Goals *
LEVEL 2: INTENTIONS AND GOALS WORKSHOP is the practical application of the core desired feelings. You’re already putting your Core Desired Feelings at the center of your life. Now is the time for clarity to meet action.
In the next level of the Desire Map process, you will:
First, explore perceptions of goals in relationship to ambition, external approval, and “success.”
Next, identify a handful of goals or intentions aligned with your core desired feelings and create a plan to support them.
Setting the goal, pursuing it, and achieving the goal is supposed to feel good. When you are clear on how you most want to feel, you turn traditional goal setting inside out. If you choose your core desired feelings over your external objectives, you will become more content. After all, feeling good is the whole point.
