You’re an intelligent woman. You were a good student who worked hard and chose the challenging courses. You graduated at or near the top of your class in high school. You surprised no one when you got into the college of your choice, and you did well there too.
You’re now over 40 and years out of college. Growing up, you were told you could have it all in your personal and professional lives. This should be a good thing, right? But too many possibilities create the paralyzing pressure to make the right choice.
You’re frustrated because you can’t figure out the “right” path forward on your own. For years, you’ve worn yourself out following the rules and trying to have it all. But it’s dawned on you there’s no such thing as having it all -- at least not at the same time.
Professors didn’t teach you how to design a life that feels good during your years of school. There’s no course on how to be “happy.” Paradigm shift: If only you considered what would make you feel good and then set your goals — not the other way around.
What if you pursued your desires?
Imagine pursuing goals that match your true nature and strengths. You’re more productive with less effort because you’re working towards what you want to achieve in your life.

As a result of Discover Your Inner GPS, you’ll…
Big Picture Life Assessment
Before your first session, you’ll rate how you feel in your key life areas. What you don’t measure you can’t improve. Getting a snapshot of your life in these key areas will help guide our session and see where to focus our time together.
A 90-minute Deep Dive Session
Based on the assessment, you’ll select one of the following life areas to discuss in your session:
You’ll stir up feelings on your desires in that area of your life. How do you currently feel? You’ll explore positive feelings — there are hundreds from which to choose. Which feelings will light you up?
You’ll select one to two feelings to test drive in your life for the next week or two. Before your session ends, we’ll brainstorm together what you can do to feel this way more often. By the end of the session, you’ll give yourself permission to make feeling good a top priority until we meet again.
You’ll listen to a future-self visualization between sessions. You’ll journal or take notes to capture the wisdom your future-self has to tell you about how to feel good. You’ll discover that asking your future-self for advice is a powerful way to find answers on how to navigate important life decisions.
Inner GPS and Future Self Check-In
We’ll talk again for 30 minutes one to two weeks after we first meet. You’ll share the insights you gained from the visualization. We'll also discuss your experience getting out of your head and planning your days and week to live by these feelings.

Working with Kelsey Cleveland on the Desire Map process of selecting my core desired feelings, and then selecting goals based on my core desired feelings, was inspirational and empowering. From when she first consulted with me and told me, "The primary intention is to feel good," through my work sessions with her and homework in between, I felt somehow like I was on vacation from my past thinking. The mind shift was powerful once I acknowledged that there is a way to purposefully work on feeling good. In one on one sessions with additional email support, Kelsey was a caring and careful guide. She had good intuition in relating to my needs and seemed to know what to gently push on a little and what not to touch to make efficient use of our time and keep our primary intention in mind.
